Reservation and Privacy Policies

GENERAL CONDITIONS
· Rates are per night and do not include 13% of sale tax.
· All rates are in US Dollars.
· All reservations require guest full name per room, check in and check out dates and specific kind of room to book.
· Any guest must be over eighteen years old (18) to book a room.
· Check in is at 2 p.m. and check out at 11 am.
· Late checkout penalty is $50 anytime until 2 pm and full rate after that.
· During high season peaks (from Dec 20th – Jan 02nd and Holy Week), a minimum stay of 3 nights is
required.
CHILDREN
· No charge of lodging for children under 12 years old.
· Maximum of 2 children per room.
REGULATIONS
· Cooking is not allowed in the property.
· Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
· One pet per room is allowed with an extra charge of $20 per stay.
PAYMENT
· Once you book by this website, your reservation is confirmed and the payment received by the hotel.
· Payment of 100% of the room rate is charged once you book.

CANCELLATIONS
· All year around, if cancellation is made within 30 days o more prior arrival: Hotel will offer a credit note for the same amount to be used in new reservations (rooms) during the next 6 months. After that period, Café de Playa will not refound any cash or rooms.
· During SUPER high season: the hotel will NOT refound any payment o credit not if cancellations are received with less than 30 days prior arrival.
· Super hight season are: December 20 to January 02, Holy Week and Ironman Event
